A careful study of the 1st Chapter of the Book of Ephesians will reveal the awesome joy that Our Dear Heavenly Father deeply has with respect to The Church Which is Christ's Body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. This awesome joy of The Father is a present day rock solid reality and a joy that He will put on display or exhibit for countless ages in the future (study Eph. 1:1-2:7). After examining Eph. 3:14-21, we take note in verse 21 that the apostle Paul prays, “Unto Him (the Father, v.14) be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.” . . . incredible!!! This glory that the Church of The Mystery brings to the Father through the Son is a result of fore- knowledge and predestination. We are and will be bringing glory to the Father because we choose Him! Those time and time and time again throughout the Holy Scriptures who choose Him are always blessed. Search and see. No glory can be given to the Father from His thinking creation, mankind or the angelic hosts, without choice of free will. Would you want your sons to love you because you programmed their minds to do so or because they choose to love you like a brother with the honor of a father?

A friend of mine with a guileless heart concerning the Scriptures exclaimed the other day that, through his study in the Koine Greek of the New Testament, he realized that the Father is more enthusiastic about His Holy Plan unfolding than even we are! An interesting fine morsel of Truth!

Free will choices and the consequences: (1). Adam & Eve chose to be disobedient (Gen. 3). We probably will never in this life know the total reality of how tragic the consequences of their disobedience was. They listened to another creature over the direction of The Creator. This choice set in motion the worship of the creature in place of The Creator; subtly Satan being worshipped, and mankind becoming his own god outwardly. The consequences of this rebellion has brought us to the degraded state of man that we witness today some six thousand years later; materialism and inventions pacify men's minds as they ignorantly speed to the grave; (2). Moses chose to be obedient (Exodus Chapters 2-15). None of us will probably ever begin to know in this life what Moses gave up in the flesh to be one of God's greatest leaders. Heb. 11:24-27 states “By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter; Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the People of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: ”
